Pure and effective shilajit

Got to using this product to address my perpetual tiredness. Happy with it so far. I feel much more energetic. I usually consume it with warm water and not milk, just a personal preference. The shilajit is in liquid form, and the advised dosage works well. Taste wise it's fine especially since it gets diluted well. I plan to continue using it because it's working very well for me.

After using Shilajit for several months I can say it boosts my energy level and help me keep working continuously. ( before I was using a different brand but this one is damn satisfactory) Shilajit Comes in nice packing, with a spoon inside and Shilajit itself. It smells and tastes good. anyone can consume it. The price is on a little higher side but the quality is awesome if you can afford it, it is best.

It's an amazing product and has lot of benefits only if you know the right way to consume and dos and don'ts during this medication. Shilajit by nature produces a lot of thermal effect on body, so ensure you are well hydrated and take lot of fibre food. Better to consult an ayurvedic doctor before taking it.

Shilajit has all the natural ingredients and good in antioxidants. True test of Shilajit is when you take a grain size drop and just touch it with water. It readily melts in water. All in all good value for time, money and energy. I definitely vouch for this product

Best Shilajit product I have seen ever

First of all shilajit is highly pure. It is because if you disolve pea-size amount to hot water not a single residue will be there in the water. I am feeling much more energatic than previous. Recomended for every age who have less body strength. Take in the morning with hot milk in empty stomach and at night before sleep for noticable effect.
