Shipping policy

Purchases are shipped from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan by courier. Please allow the following number of days as mentioned in receipt of your order.

For Domestic orders – All domestic orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 3-4 business day. For locations which are in the interiors or in difficult coverage area, this may take between 7-10 working days. We offer free shipping on all orders above INR. 500. All orders below the same have a shipping charge of INR. 50.

For International orders – All international orders are processed within 1 business day. You can expect delivery of the order within 10-12 business day. We offer free shipping on international orders of worth INR. 5,999/- and above.

ORDER DELIVERIES WILL BE MADE BETWEEN

  • 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM Monday – Saturday. Excluding public holidays.
  • Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you cannot be there to sign for your delivery please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. However, the brand takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
  • Ashpveda Ayurveda is not responsible for damage after delivery.
  • For all claims for shortages or damages must be reported to customer service within 48 hours of the day of delivery. 
  • Shipping and handling rates may vary based on product, packaging, size, volume, type and other considerations. The shipping and handling charges are given at the time of check out and consumers will know about this before making payments.


Cash on Delivery Orders:

2-3 working days for all metro cities (Monday to Saturday). An additional day may be required for remote areas.

Goods will need to be signed for upon delivery. If you are not physically available to sign for the delivery, please suggest an alternative i.e. a family member, colleague, neighbor, etc. Ashpveda Ayurveda Online takes no responsibility for goods signed by an alternative person.
