Shipping Policy
At Ashpveda Pvt. Ltd., we ensure safe, timely, and reliable delivery of all orders. All shipments are dispatched from our warehouse in Jaipur, Rajasthan, India, through trusted domestic and international logistics partners.
Delivery timelines may vary depending on location, product availability, regulatory approvals, and courier partner operations. Estimated delivery details are shared at checkout and in the order confirmation email.
1. Order Processing Time
- All confirmed orders are processed within 1 business day.
- Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
- International and bulk orders may require additional processing time.
2. Domestic Shipping (India)

- Metro cities & major locations: 3–4 business days
- Remote / difficult service areas: 7–10 business days
Shipping Charges
- Free shipping on orders above INR 500
- INR 100 shipping fee on orders below INR 500
3. International Shipping (Export Orders)
Ashpveda Pvt. Ltd. ships to select international destinations, subject to product eligibility and local regulations.
Processing & Delivery Time
- International orders are processed within 2–3 business days
- Estimated delivery timelines range from 7–21 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance
Duties & Taxes
- Customs duties, import taxes, VAT, or local charges, if applicable, must be borne by the customer
- Ashpveda Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for delays caused due to customs or regulatory clearances

4. Bulk Orders, Corporate Orders & B2B Shipments
- Bulk, corporate gifting, institutional, distributor, and export orders are handled separately from regular retail orders
- Delivery timelines, shipping charges, and logistics partners may vary based on order quantity, packaging, destination, and customization
- Bulk orders may require extended processing and dispatch timelines
- Shipping charges for bulk orders are quoted separately and shared prior to order confirmation
- Any special documentation, labeling, or regulatory requirements for bulk or export orders must be communicated in advance

5. Shipping & Handling Charges
- Shipping and handling charges depend on product type, size, packaging, volume, weight, and delivery destination
- The final shipping charges are displayed at checkout or shared during order confirmation for bulk/export orders
- Ashpveda Pvt. Ltd. reserves the right to revise shipping charges based on logistics partner policies
6. Delivery Attempts & Signature Requirement
- Deliveries are attempted between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (Monday to Saturday), excluding public holidays
- A signature is mandatory upon delivery for all orders
- If the recipient is unavailable, an alternate recipient (family member, colleague, or neighbor) may sign on their behalf
- Failed delivery attempts due to incorrect address or unavailability may result in re-delivery charges
7. Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders (India Only)
- COD is available for select locations within India
- Metro cities: 2–3 business days
- Remote locations may require additional time
- COD orders require a signature at delivery
- Any refusal or failed delivery may lead to future COD restrictions
8. Claims for Shortages, Damages & Incorrect Deliveries
- Any claims related to damaged products, missing items, or incorrect shipments must be reported within 48 hours of delivery
- Claims raised after this period may not be accepted
- Customers may be requested to share photographic or video evidence for claim verification
9. Responsibility After Delivery
- Once the order is delivered and acknowledged, Ashpveda Pvt. Ltd. is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage
- Customers are advised to inspect the package at the time of delivery
10. Delays & Force Majeure
- Ashpveda Pvt. Ltd. shall not be liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond its control, including but not limited to natural disasters, strikes, transport disruptions, government restrictions, or customs delays
11. Address Accuracy & Delivery Failures
- Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information
- Orders returned due to incorrect address or failed delivery attempts may incur additional shipping charges for re-dispatch
