It’s important to keep your scalp clean and give proper nourishment and hydration. COVID-19 has changed a number of things in 2020, the comfort of going to the salon being one of them. We all have grown up using the oiling overnight masking, we have for you other masks according to your hair type that you can put which leads to the same luscious and flowy hair.

For hair growth:

Mix equal parts of cinnamon and Coconut oil add amla powder and Shikakai powder to it. Alternatively, you can also add herbal henna for hair conditioning.

Blend all the ingredients together and keep it for 30-45 mins and rinse. We would advise using this mask weekly for effective results.

For all hair types:

Take 2-3 tablespoon of rice water, do not drain the excess water after washing the rice, and preserve this. Add 2-3 tablespoon of curd to it and mix well.

Apply this on the hair from the mid-shaft towards the end, keep this for 30 mins and rinse.

Curd mixed with rice water improves the hair texture and brings back the luster.

For flaky scalp:

These flakes look like snow falling from the hair but more often they don’t disappear as the snow does. We have a quick remedy that might work on your flaky scalp.

Granulated Sugar mixed with 1 tablespoon of Coconut oil and 2 tablespoons of Japapatti hair oil, massage on the scalp, and leave it on for 20 mins. Rinse with shampoo. We would advise to use it for at least 2-3 weeks for effective results.
